VCMI at the West Africa Carbon Markets Hub
VCMI is delighted to attend the 2025 West Africa Carbon Market Hub in Senegal, where our Regional Lead for Africa, Bianca Gichangi, will be speaking at the panel Building High integrity Carbon Markets: Implementing Solutions for West Africa.
Taking place from May 28 to 30, 2025, this event fosters dialogue on climate and sustainable development solutions in West Africa, bringing together ministers, policymakers, the private sector, and civil society to advance carbon market solutions across the region.
VCMI is proud to partner with the West African Alliance on Carbon Markets, alongside partners including the Senegalese Ministry of Environment, IETA, and others, to support this event.
Our shared goal is to accelerate the implementation of Article 6, ensure justice and quality in carbon initiatives, and catalyze regional collaboration in support of a just climate transition.
