Vision & Principles
This VCMI Working Paper is a product of the VCMI Consortium working in a collaboration with staff from the VCMI funders. This paper has not been reviewed nor approved by the VCMI Steering Committee which was being formed as the paper was being developed. The intent of the paper is to spur dialogue and an exchange of ideas to inform the development of VCMI guidance during the next phase of the VCMI process which will be governed by the VCMI Steering Committee (which you can learn more about here).
